Returns & Refunds:
Any Product, except an electronic, gas, special order or electrical parts, in its original condition and same packing may be returned to Appliance PARTS USA for a full refund, less a 25% restocking charge and shipping and handling cost, within 30 days of shipping. Returned items must be sent by the Customer’s own courier. If a part arrives damaged, Customer must contact Appliance PARTS USA within 7 days of receipt of the part, otherwise no refund will be given. All returns must have authorization number , which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support [email protected] . Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. Please ensure your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of the package.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
* Majority of our orders will be shipped the same day as the order is placed. before to 3 PM east time.
* Remember any items need 1 day in process , special packing, special order or special items.
* Items will be shipped UPS or USPS or Fedex to addresses in the continental United States, the system select the fast transporter for you every day
* We ship word-wide special rate for Canada and Mexico from $19.00
